USING LEARNING SPACES IN THE COLLEGE GROUNDS RESPECT Thinking and acting in a way that considers the feelings or rights of myself and others. CARE FOR MY SURROUNDINGS · Keep the area free of any rubbish. · Value the space, equipment and furniture and maintain their good condition. · Use footpaths when navigating around the College. · Consider the personal space and property of others. · Share the yard and College facilities with other students fairly. BE READY TO LEARN · Arrive to class on time. · Be organised with the required equipment for class. · Submit all completed work by the due date. · Use my planner to document all learning tasks and homework. · Follow up on missed classwork, after absences. STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE · Attempt all tasks to the best of my ability. · Maintain focus in class and avoid distractions in order to maximise learning. · Actively participate in all class activities. · Submit my best work. · Set and work towards learning goals. · Undertake work that challenges my understanding.
