Wellbeing Team
The Wellbeing Team provides help for
students who need additional care and
support. The Team is located in the Student
Wellbeing and Learning Centre along with
the House Teams. The team consists of:
- Wellbeing Leader
- School Chaplain
- Qualified Student Counsellors
- Social Workers
- Mental Health Practitioners
Student Supports
Pathway Advisors
Pathway Advisors offer students a range of
supports in transitioning from school to the
workforce. These include:
- Morrisby Profiling: a psychometric career matching tool
- Career Voyage: career guidance and job ideas software
- Pathways Days: Year 9 to 12 targeted
information sessions run by internal and
external providers - Career Action Plans: both group and
individual interviews conducted with a
qualified career counsellor - Work Experience: assistance seeking,
finding and reflecting on work experience - Assistance with resumé writing and
job seeking
Learning Mentors
Bridge the gap between teaching and
learning, and wellbeing. Supports include:
- Identifying additional supports students
may need to maximise learning
opportunities. - Study organisation
- Providing assistance in the classroom
- Engaging parents/guardians
- Providing 1 on 1 support as students
complete major assessments - Assisting students during and after
extended absences - Implement Individual Learning Plans
